CIX Pulse Radar — current app data practices

Updated 29 September 2026. This section describes the free Radar app specifically; the general descriptions of accounts and paid services below do not mean an account is required for Radar.

  • No account or wallet connection: The market tools need no registration, email, wallet signature or funds and do not execute trades. Optional community chat and games use a nickname; their data practices are described separately below.
  • On your device: your settings, public wallet addresses, saved accounts, coin lists and recent alert history are stored in browser storage. Clearing that storage removes them. No advertising analytics are added to Radar.
  • Quotes and public wallets: the CIX service on Cloudflare obtains selected DEX Screener pool quotes and GeckoTerminal chart history. A wallet lookup sends the public address and watched token contracts to the CIX service and public PulseChain RPC. Wallet balances shown by Radar are a limited snapshot, not a full portfolio.
  • Background notifications are optional: enabling them sends your device push endpoint, encryption keys and alert rules to CIX on Cloudflare. Records expire after 30 days without renewal; disconnecting removes the active record. Browser and push providers process delivery and connection data. Custom wallet group alarms currently run in an open app only.
  • Charts and social content: The main chart opens Candles by default, using CIX’s shared data service and locally saved chart history. Selecting DEX Screener opens its external embed; that provider then receives connection data such as your IP address and may use its own storage. If that candle source is delayed, your browser can fetch the selected pool directly from GeckoTerminal; that provider then receives connection data. Requests are limited and no login or wallet details are sent. Official X embeds load only when you choose to load one; X can receive connection data and use its own storage. The experimental WhalesonPulse feed is obtained through shared server-side FxEmbed requests, without your X login. It may be delayed or unavailable.
  • Technical connection data: hosting, market-data and push providers process requests and network information, including IP addresses where applicable. “No account” does not mean that no technical data is processed.
  • Your controls: pause alerts, remove individual watched addresses, disconnect push or use “Reset Radar settings & background alerts” inside the app. This resets Radar preferences, watchlists, cached charts, alert history and its background subscription. Custom Radar, chat and game identities remain saved in this browser. Clearing the site’s browser storage removes those local records. Neither action erases public blockchain history, active game rooms or records independently retained by providers.

Optional community chat

The Trollbox is public. Chosen nicknames and messages are stored for up to 24 hours, capped at 100 messages; the app initially shows the latest 20. Names are not verified. Connection metadata and a daily keyed network identifier support abuse prevention and rate limits. Duplicate-prevention fingerprints remain for up to ten minutes. A word filter applies visible substitutions before storage and broadcast, but cannot detect all abuse. Local mute settings stay in this browser. Do not post sensitive information.

CIX community games — guest profiles and optional spectators

Updated 29 September 2026. CIX games are free and hosted on Cloudflare. No wallet, deposit or website account is required.

  • Your guest profile: a random private browser key connects your results across CIX games. It is stored in local storage and, where supported, a one-year cookie shared only across the CIX games under jefsonisek.workers.dev. The server derives a separate identifier from the key. Your private key is never part of a public room or spectator link. Separate room credentials authenticate game actions. Use a nickname rather than personal information.
  • Public league: completed eligible multiplayer results store your guest identifier, latest game nickname, points, wins, games played, championship trophies, result identifiers and dates. These league records persist beyond room expiry; nicknames and standings are publicly visible. Trophies may appear next to your nickname in games and the Trollbox. This is a community score with no cash value or promised financial benefits. Bot practice is excluded.
  • Rooms and spectators: the service processes nicknames, game actions, moves, scores, connection status and room chat where provided. Active game viewing requires every participating human player to allow spectators. The resulting spectator link grants viewing only; anyone holding it can watch until permission is revoked, the match resets or the room expires. Viewers may also see the room conversation. Ordinary join links can admit available players but do not grant spectator permission.
  • CIX Poker: free play chips only. Tables store server-dealt cards, bets, actions and chip balances for up to 24 hours. Private cards are delivered only to their player during a hand; surviving hands are revealed at showdown to players and approved spectators. Poker results also contribute to a public poker leaderboard. All participants must consent before a spectator link grants access.
  • Chess and Pong: chess clocks and legal moves are validated on the server. Stockfish practice runs locally in your browser; Pong bot movement runs on the game server. Chess rooms expire after 24 hours and Pong rooms after 2 hours. Hosting logs and persistent league results have separate retention.
  • Browser controls: clearing browser data removes saved keys and may lose access to a seat or your guest profile. It does not erase server results. Some privacy settings separate embedded game storage; opening a game in its own tab may restore the shared profile. For access, correction or removal of league information, contact support with the public guest identifier, never the private key.
  • Connection data: Cloudflare processes requests and WebSocket traffic, including technical network data such as IP addresses. No advertising analytics were added to these games.

Player searches in the Trollbox

Posting a player search shares your nickname, chosen game and a public invitation in the chat. The first claimant reserves the second seat. Both players must accept. Unmatched searches expire after 15 minutes; prepared-search records expire after two hours. The game itself has its own room lifetime. Private seat keys are delivered only to the two matched browsers and stored locally for reconnection; they are not placed in the invitation URL. Old matched-seat entries are removed from local storage when another match is opened after two days. You can remove them immediately by clearing this site’s storage, which also removes access to those seats.

The types of personal information we collect depend on the product or service you (“You”) receive from us. This information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Your account information, including, but not limited to, account balances and the like;
  • Your demographic information, such as your age, occupation, investment preferences, etc.;
  • Cryptocurrency information (e.g., cryptocurrency ticker symbols), if You create a personalized portfolio, as well as financial information relating to the cryptocurrency You track; and
  • Your usage information

CryptoInvest X may collect certain personal information to provide You with the Service, to perform marketing and research related activities, to supply other administrative services (e.g., setting up new accounts and maintaining your existing account), and to respond to inquiries about your account and the Service. In addition we may from time to time review your usage of the Service to be able to better provide you with information about products or services that we believe may be interest to you.

The personal information we collect may be captured from a variety of sources. These sources include, but are not limited to:

  • Voluntary submissions (e.g., responses to surveys, requests for information on our Service, our other products or those of our advertisers/marketing partners);
  • Registrations/Applications to receive the Service; and
  • Reviews of site or app usage patterns

USE AND ACCESS OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS

As a general rule, CryptoInvest X will not make the personal information gathered from your using the Service available to anyone outside of CryptoInvest X and its affiliates — except as instructed by You or where required to comply with law, court orders, or legal investigations. Please note, however, that there are several exceptions to this policy. First, if we use service providers, these service providers may have access to your personal information to perform contractually specified services on behalf of CryptoInvest X or You. Second, if You indicate that You are interested in receiving information about a particular third party’s products/services, or You opt to receive certain products or services through CryptoInvest X, we may provide your personal information to that third party for purposes of fulfilling your request(s). With respect to service providers, CryptoInvest X contractually requires that all personal information be kept confidential. Additionally, CryptoInvest X takes reasonable steps to ensure that third parties receiving information about You at your request maintain the confidentially of that information.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

Where applicable, CryptoInvest X may provide links to one or more third party Web sites within the Service. We encourage You to read the individual privacy policies of these Websites before providing any of your personal information to them.

PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

CryptoInvest X puts security measures in place to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized use, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal information.

If You are using a Service on a mobile device, choosing to select “Keep me signed in” will keep your account logged into the Service until You manually log out or change your password. Your User Profile information will still remain password protected.

CryptoInvest X operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided.

USE OF COOKIES

CryptoInvest X uses Cookies to set user preferences, gather basic tracking information (such as login and password), date, time of visit and preferences, and monitor the presentation of the Service. This information allows us to personalize the user experience and to improve the quality of our Service navigation. Cookies do not reveal the identity of the individual user but only identify the computer utilized by that user.

Please note that advertisers on the Service may also deploy cookies and other technology to gather users’ basic Service usage information (such as pages visited or frequency of visits) for such things as to measure and improve the effectiveness of their advertising. CryptoInvest X does not separately identify, or collect, any information that is specific to children.

By using the Service, You consent to the collection and use of your personal information and any related information in the manner and for the purpose described in this Privacy Policy. CryptoInvest X’s  systems are not currently configured to handle ‘do not track’ requests.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

CryptoInvest X reserves the right to change this policy at any time by distributing and/or posting a new privacy policy without notice. We encourage you to review our privacy policy on a regular basis so that You will be aware of any changes to it.

CIX free guides and Noob to Pro course

Updated 21 September 2026. New subscribers request the free Account Builder Playbook together with the Noob to Pro course using an explicit checkbox and email confirmation. The playbook download becomes available immediately after confirmation and its link is emailed. Weekly learning starts seven days later. The current subscription also covers new free guides and occasional free market calls or signals when shared, with at most one course or market update per week. Calls have no promised frequency. No paid offers or unrelated marketing are included. You may unsubscribe at any time. Existing playbook-only, four-lesson, eight-lesson and earlier Noob to Pro subscriptions retain their original agreements. The public guide library can be read without subscribing.

We record your email address, consent wording and version, signup source, request and confirmation times, delivery type, weekly preference, course progress and subscription status. We process the guide-delivery details to fulfil your specific request. We record the consent to the chosen playbook and course edition and use it for delivery and subscription management. Active Noob to Pro subscriptions, including those waiting for new lessons, are retained until unsubscribed or erased. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in each lesson without losing access to the free guides. Pending, unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days. Email addresses and consent text for completed or unsubscribed courses are removed from the course database after 90 days; a keyed suppression identifier may remain to prevent unwanted repeat delivery. Technical hosting backups and the delivery provider's logs follow their own retention schedules.

The course is stored in the website's WordPress database and sent through the site's existing Elementor Site Mailer service. Elementor processes the email address and message to deliver it and may process delivery, suppression and diagnostic data. See Elementor's privacy information for its service providers and transfer safeguards. We do not import Telegram members or reuse course addresses for unrelated marketing.

Short-lived, keyed network identifiers and signed form challenges help prevent automated abuse. The course does not add advertising cookies or its own email tracking pixels. For access, correction, deletion or questions about your course data, contact CIX369 through the official Telegram contact. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority. This course-specific section supplements the website privacy notice.

Noob to Pro with free market updates

New requests made through the current form cover the free Account Builder, weekly course lessons, newly released free guides and occasional free market calls or signals when published. The playbook follows email confirmation; the course starts seven days later. At most one course or market update is sent per week. Calls have no promised frequency. You can unsubscribe at any time. No paid offers or unrelated marketing are included. Earlier subscriptions keep their original consent and are not automatically enrolled in market calls.
